Hi - I'm Stacy McGranor, the experience-obsessed founder of Blueprints & Playbooks and I'm genuinely thrilled that you're here! I'm also looking very forward to working with you in the co-creation of unforgettable experiences and lasting memories for each and every one of your customers.

 

With more than 15 seasons in professional sports (yes, the .75 absolutely counts!) — from Major League Baseball and the NBA to Major League Soccer and the NHL— I know what it takes to win hearts, build loyalty, and deliver when the stakes are high.​

In addition to being an industry vet, I'm a lifelong fan of sports, entertainment, and all other experiences that spark joy. Backed by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, an MBA, and a Masters of Science in Business Psychology, I bring both the artistry and precision of great CX to every project.

​My approach is powered by equal parts rigor and imagination. It's also shaped by childhood heroes like Nancy Drew and Curious George, who proved that curiosity and heart can crack any challenge, including yours.
